We direct your day.
Our director, Mary, will guide you through every step of planning your ceremony including picking the perfect archway. From overseeing your rehearsal to being present throughout your event, Mary ensures that every detail is executed flawlessly. Additionally, she remains accessible to address any questions you may have along the way.
We decorate with you.
Whether you require minimal assistance or comprehensive decorating services, Holly, is here to make your special day picture-perfect. She will work with you to incorporate your own decorations, our venue's offerings, or a blend of both, to match your unique style. Her creativity will ensure your sweetheart and memory table are one of a kind.

We provide bar service.
Our bartender, Garrett, will expertly stock and manage the bar with your provided drinks ensuring guests have a wonderful experience. We have an on-site ice machine and multiple drink serving displays. Garrett and Sam can offer tailored beverage recommendations, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, and quantities as requested.
We create grazing boards.
Commonly known as charcuterie, Rustic Destination’s own Holly Gregory, loves to share her artistic skills for your events through her Grazing Boards. Allow us to mark this item off of your to-do list and let Rustic Destination entertain your guests with our customizable Grazing Boards for your cocktail hour or rehearsal dinner.
We host rehearsal dinners.
Let us arrange your rehearsal dinner in our cozy cocktail area so the transition from ceremony rehearsal to dinner is seamless. We'll create an intimate setting with tables, chairs, and decorations that complement your event. Bar service is available upon request to enhance your gathering and coordinate a champagne toast.
We style makeup & hair.
Whether your taste is glam or soft wedding look, Rustic Destination’s own Mary Butler, loves to share her expert experience for your makeup and hair. A graduate of the Aveda Institute in Chapel Hill, NC, Mary is a skilled aesthetician. Allow us to mark this item off of your to-do list and let Mary create your own unique look for your special day!
