Our team is with you from booking to your big day. See below to decide on how we can make your day, your way.
Package A - $6,500
Beginning on the Friday before the event from 9:00 am until 10:00 pm; on Saturday of the event from 9:00 am until 11:00 pm; on Sunday from 7:00 am until 9:00 am.
This package includes:
bartender (stocking bar with your provided beverages and bartending wedding)
director for rehearsal and wedding as well as consultation
event insurance
set up of tables, chairs, archways and props
use of 2 photo sites
Package B - $3,000
Beginning on Sunday of the event from 12:00 pm until 11:00 pm. This package also includes use of the venue for a Thursday night rehearsal from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm.
This package includes:
bartender (stocking bar with your provided beverages and bartending wedding)
director for rehearsal and wedding as well as consultation
event insurance
set up of tables, chairs, archways and props
use of 2 photo sites
In order to reserve a specific date with Rustic Destination for a special event or wedding, a non-refundable deposit of $500 is required.
Additional Services
Onsite decorator to assist with venue owned decorations, like chargers, greenery, candles, lanterns, and more, as well as those provided by the client - $200
On site bartender for rehearsal dinner - $100
Rehearsal dinner set up including tables, chairs, linens and limited decorations - $200
Cocktail Hour Grazing Boards - starting at $50
